disc

place
a
Blank
recordable
CD

R
or
CD

RW
disc
on

disc
tray.

close
the
disc
tray.

‘
‐‐‐
BUSY’
will
show
on
the
display.

Then
digits
and
‘PCNT’
and
‘WRITING’
will
appear
in
turn.
Now
the
copy
process
starts
automatically.
Wait
till
the
digits
turn
to
100.
8.
When
it
finishes,
‘COMPLETE’
will
appear
on
the
display.
And
the
disc
will
be
ejected.
The
copy
is
complete.
9.
If
you
want
to
make
another
copy
from
the
original
disc,
remove
the
burned
disc
then
place
another
blank
recordable
CD
on
the
CD
tray,
and
press
OPEN/CLOSE
button
to
close
the
CD
door.
10.
’WRITE’
and
‘ANOTHER’
will
appear
in
turn.
11.
If
you
want
to
continue
burning
disc,
press
the
PLAY/PAUSE
button
and
it
starts
to
burn
another
disc.
Wait
until
the
digits
turn
to
100
and
the
burned
CD
will
be
ejected
when
‘COMPLETE’
appears
on
the
display.
12.
If
you
want
to
terminate
the
copy
process,
press
the
STOP
button
and
“Aborted”
will
show
on
the
display,
the
copy
is
terminated
and
the
original
copied
contents
temporarily
stored
in
the
unit’s
memory
will
be
cleared.
13.
Continue
steps
9,
10
and
11
until
you
finish
burning
discs.
NOTE:
•
If
you
need
to
terminate
the
copy
process
before
it
completes,
press
the
STOP
button
twice.
•
If
you
press
the
STOP
button
by
mistake
during
the
copy
process,
‘ABORT’
will
appear
on
the
display
to
enquire
whether
you
really
want
to
terminate
the
process.
If
you
do
not
press
another
button
within
a
few
seconds,
then
the
unit
will
continue
burning;
however,
if
you
do
want
to
terminate
it,
press
the
STOP
button
again
‐
then
‘ABORTED’
will
show
on
the
display.

Always
place
the
compact
disc
in
the
disc
tray
with
the
label
facing
upward.
(Compact
discs
can
be
played
only
on
one
side).

To
remove
a
disc
from
its
storage
case,
press
down
on
the
centre
of
the
case
and
lift
the
disc
out,
holding
it
carefully
by
the
edge.
y
To
clean
a
disc,
wipe
the
surface
from
the
centre
hole
outward
towards
the
outer
edge
with
a
soft
dry
cloth.
y
Never
use
chemicals
such
as:
record
sprays,
anti
‐
static
sprays
or
fluid,
benzene
or
thinner
to
clean
compact
discs.
Such
chemicals
will
do
irreparable
damage
to
the
disc's
plastic
surface.
y
Discs
should
be
returned
to
their
cases
after
use
to
avoid
serious
scratches
that
could
cause
the
laser
pick
up
to
skip.
y
Do
not
expose
discs
to
direct
sunlight,
high
humidity
or
high
temperature
for
extended
periods
of
time.
y
Printable
CD
‐
R
and
CD
‐
RW
discs
are
not
recommended,
as
the
label
side
may
become
sticky
and
damage
the
unit.
y
Use
a
soft
oil
‐
based
felt
‐
tipped
permanent
pen
to
write
the
information
on
the
label
side.
Never
use
a
ballpoint
pen
or
hard
‐
tipped
pen,
as
doing
so
may
damage
the
unit.
