- Use the arrow keys to move the cursor to the character to be
defined:
- key
NEXT
to select highlighted character and move to
the next position in name.
- key C is used to backspace (with deletion).
- Selection of the desired character:
- The arrows are used to select a character from the list
proposed.
- Numbers may also be defined using the numeric keys.
- Validate completed name with
OK
.
You can use the " " character to print your text on to two
lines.
4.16 PC connection Recovery Mode
In case of a connection problem between the franking machine
and the PC, the PC connection recovery mode enables the
franking machine to store in memory the partial franking data and
to transmit them to the PC as soon as the connection is re-
established.
This data will show the total amount franked and the total
number of items without distinguishing postal services used.
