Symptoms
Fail to power on.
Power off shortly
while power on.
No sound
output.
Keystroke void.
Fail to connect
with the computer.
Fail to copy fi les.
Remedy
Charge battery.
Charge battery.
Unlock [HOLD] switch.
Turn up the volume.
Connect earphone correctly.
Unlock [HOLD] switch.
Connect USB Cable correctly.
Install the driver (Please refer to
Utilities Installation for details).
Check the system settings whether
be accordance with requirements.
Format NTO and try again.
Possible Reasons Analysis
Low battery.
Low battery.
[HOLD] switch locked.
The volume is 0.
Earphone doesnt connected
well.
[HOLD] switch locked.
USB Cable doesnt connected cor-
rectly. Driver hasnt been installed
on Windows 98/98SE.
