CLEANING
NOTE:
Proper maintenance plays an important part in the life span and functioning of the unit
1.
Unplug the power cord
2.
Do not immerse in water or other liquid.
3.
If unit has removable grids, remove by pulling release knob straight out.
4.
Soak in hot soapy water. Wash with soft brush. Rinse and wipe dry.
Do not place damp grids in unit!
5.
Use a good oven cleaner such as Sok-Off for heavily soiled grids. Be sure the cleaner will not damage aluminum. Rinse thoroughly,
and repeat step 4 above in cleaning section.
6.
Grids may need to be re-seasoned.
7.
Do not us wire brush or metal abrasives on Silverstone*
8.
Be careful to not allow case to get wet, doing so will damage digital control circuit.
