1 - LD1 DRIVE : This is the principal gain control for the LEAD 1 group of circuits. It determines the amount of overdri -
ve present at the most crucial pre-amp tube stage in these three lead modes.
2 - LD2 DRIVE : The LEAD 2 group of modes are post tone control. Therefore, the fine tuning of overdrive must occur
later in the circuit where it can focus on finer increments of gain.
3 - MASTER : Adjust the preamp level.
4 - PRESENCE : This control usually regulates either brightness or negative feedback in the power section of an am -
plifier. In the Cali Axis a whole new approach to this traditional circuit was taken.
