FOR EMBOSSING AN EMBOSSING FOLDER:
From bottom to top:
Bottom the thin transparent plate of 3 mm.
Then the magnetic sheet
Then the embossing folder with cardstock in between.
On top the other thin transparent plate of 3 mm.
THE METAL PLATE.
This plate can always be added for extra pressure.
THE MAGNETIC SHEET.
Never use this plate on top of your cutting die, the knives will damage the magnetic
sheet.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY ALERTS:
1. Clean the machine only on the outside with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive
cleaners or sponges.
2. This machine is only for adults and should not be used by children without adult
supervision.
3. Please note that there are no clothes between the plates, otherwise they can be
pulled through the machine.
4. Keep hands away from moving parts.
5. Never use the machine longer than 1 hour. The motor is overloaded and can be too
hot and burn.
PROBLEM SOLUTIONS:
NO POWER:
Check the cable. Make sure the cable is in your machine and also in the power point.
THE MACHINE IS NOT PULLING THE PLATES THROUGH:
Make sure that the plates are in one line and that the combination is not too thick.
Otherwise the engine is not pulling the plates through.
THE MACHINE IS NOT CUTTING OR EMBOSSING PROPERLY:
Check if the folder or die cut is not broken, after that check whether the plate
combination is correct. If all this is good you can give extra pressure by putting an
extra sheet of cardboard in between.
