For easy storage, you can collapse the telescopic tube as far as possible:
Hook the cleaning foot onto the back of the vacuum cleaner
so that it is horizontal.
Hook the telescopic tube on the bottom of the vacuum cleaner
so that is it upright.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the appliance should stop working properly, first check whether you are able to correct the problem yourself. If this is not
possible, contact your retailer or a specialized service centre.

Low suction force
Is the air valve of the handle open? Close it.

Is the dust container full? Empty it.
Is the HEPA filter or one of the other filters clogged or dirty?
Clean them.
Is the nozzle, the telescopic tube or the suction hose clogged? Unplug the appliance
and check for a blockage and remove the objects causing the blockage.

Check whether the HEPA filter is inserted correctly and whether
the dust container is inserted and closed properly. Correct the situation
if necessary.
Unusual odour
A new odour is normal when the appliance is used for the first time
and this does not indicate a defect. The odour will eventually disappear.
