WARNING!
Ensure correct air pressure is maintained and not exceeded. Max air pressure = 150psi.
• Keep air hose away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check air hose for wear before each use
and ensure that all connections are secure.
DO NOT use the puller for a task it is not designed to perform.
DO NOT operate the puller if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or
personalinjury.
DO NOT carry the puller by the hose, or yank the hose from the air supply.
DO NOT place air line attachments close to your face and do not point at other people or animals.
DO NOT direct air from the air line at yourself or others.
DO NOT operate puller when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or
intoxicating medication.
• When not in use disconnect from air supply and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.
2. Description
Air activated suction pad keeps firm hold of panel while slide hammer is used to ease out dents and
depressions without damage to the paint surface. Ideal for initial panel reshaping. Supplied with large
and small suction pads.
3. Operation
3.1 Assemble the hose, valve and coupler onto the slide hammer.
3.2 Connect assembled unit to an air compressor. Set the supply regulator between 90psi Min. and
150psi Max.
3.3 With the valve in the off position, place the suction cup over the dent.
3.4 When in place open the air valve, the suction cup will form a vacuum firmly attaching it to the body
panel.
3.5 Use the slide hammer to pull the dent out. Do not apply to much force to the slide hammer.
3.6 When you have finished turn off the air valve to remove the puller from the body panel.
3.7 Disconnect from air supply, remove the suction cup from the puller and store in a safe, dry,
childproof location.
4. Maintenance
4.1 Check condition of air hose and suction cups regularly, if damaged replace using genuine parts
only.
4.2 Keep tool in a clean serviceable condition, use a damp cloth to clean.
