
SAFETY NOTES
1. When working with the sand blasting gun, always wear gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection
and a dust mask.
2. Always wear tight-fitting protective clothing.
3. Store pneumatic tools out of children's reach.
4. Do not use the sand blasting gun in hazardous locations.
5. Do not align the sandblasting gun on another person.
6. Disconnect the machine while making maintenance, repair work and when not in use.
7. The sandblasting gun should not be used near electrical , there is a danger of electrical shock.
8. Be sure that the maximum operating pressure do not exceed 8.0 bar, before using the tool.
9. Please check before using that any hose connection is firmly seated.
10. Disconnect the machine only at zero pressure. Air hoses which hitting around can cause serious
injury.
11. Never carry the tool by the hose.
12. Use the sand blasting gun only for the application which described under "General".
APPLICATION
1. Prepare the work area. All the components are not
sandblasted must be covered. This is especially true for
painted surfaces, engines, transmission parts and other
machines and their components. The finest sand blasting
particles can cause significant damage !
2. Mount the blasting catcher (Fig.1).
3. Screwing the quick coupling fitting into the compressed air
supply thread.
4. Make sure that the operating lever (trigger)

moving and is in the off position (Fig.2).
5. Connect the required sand blast cap (

5, 6 or 7
) to the
blasting gun (Fig.3)
6. Fill the aluminum container
(2)
to 3/4 with grit (Fig.4).
7. Meet safety measures such as put on safety glasses, dust
mask, ear protection and gloves.
8. Connect the sandblasting gun to compressed air. Note:
Maximum working pressure must not be exceeded.
9. Put the sand blasting gun on surface and push the
operating lever (Fig.5).
