Before you switch on your oven, decide
which heating system you would like to
use.
Switching on the oven:
1.
Press the middle of the rotary control
slightly so that the knob pops out.
2.
Press the required function button (see
illustration – example shows circotherm
160º C).

You can select a different oven
function by pressing the function
button more than once.
❑
The preferred temperature setting
blinks in the display, and the oven
light illuminates.
❑
You can increase or decrease the
proposed temperature in 5º C steps
by turning the rotary control while the
arrows are still flashing.

The oven switches on automatically
after 3 seconds.
❑
To change the selected oven
temperature, first briefly press the
Function button.

The dough-proving setting
S
is a
permanently set temperature and
cannot be changed. –

The hydroclean system
is a
permanently set temperature and
cannot be changed.

Heating-up monitor
Heating-up monitor:

The heating-up monitor indicates how
far the oven has heated up.
❑
If the set temperature is not reached, a
signal is emitted and the top light
changes from red to green.
❑
If the top light changes from red to
green, a signal is only emitted during the
initial heating-up phase.
