FIRST USE
Follow the precautions below when placing the appliance:
• Place the appliance on a horizontal surface.
• Place the appliance so that it is protected against overheating
(see also Page 24 of this guide).
• Plug the power cord into a suitable power outlet
Warnings:
Danger of electric shock if the appliance is used with a dam-
aged power cord. Never start the appliance with a damaged
power cord.
Warning!
Risk of burns! The surface of the toaster overheats during
operation. Do not touch the surface of NSM-033.
1.
Clean the cooking plates with a damp cloth or sponge.
2.
Lightly grease the cooking plates with a little butter or
cooking oil.
3.
Connect the toaster and heat the plates until the green
Ready to cook light goes out. The toaster is ready for use
NOTE:
when using NSM-033 for the first time, the presence of
light fumes may occur. This is normal due to the initial heating of
the internal components.
