6. Carefully lift the LCD display off the system and put it aside.
Disassembling the LCD Display
To disassemble the LCD display, first remove the LCD display (see Removing the LCD
Display ), then perform the following steps:
1. Remove the four rubber bumpers and the three stickers that cover the screws in the
marked location of Fig. 16:

2. Remove the screws uncovered in Fig. 16:
3. Carefully unclip the LCD cover and put it aside.
4. Remove the 2 screws holding the inverter board in place (Fig. 17:

5. Remove, on both sides of the LCD assembly, the two screws marked in Fig. 18:
