Press Speaker and dial 700

Enter the extension number of the phone you wish to change

Enter the new name over the old using the numerical keypad.

Press Hold to save

Dial 728

Dial Hour ( 2 digits in 24 hour time )

Dial Minute ( 2 digits )

Press SPK to exit

To Retrieve Missed Call Information
If you have a picture of a telephone with an arrow in the top left corner of your screen
This is to notify you that you have missed calls to be viewed.
To retrieve

Press screen option List
-
Press screen option CID
-
You can now scroll up and down through the missed calls to your handset
Once you have viewed the missed calls the icon on the screen will disappear.

Dial 720

Dial 1 for Internal ring tones; or dial 2 for external ring tones

Dial ring tones from 1-8 to hear and select ring tones

Press Speaker to save and exit
