Error Messages of IP Enabled Dterm (4/4)
ERROR MESSAGES MEANING ACTION
IP Enabled Dterm cannot contact with
the Telephony Server
IP Enabled Dterm cannot receive the
Ack message for Call Control data
from the Telephony Server because of
network congestion. • Check the network status and
condition.
• Check the cable connection.
A Restart of the IP Enabled Dterm
IP Enabled Dterm will be restarted au-
tomatically within five seconds, be-
cause the status that IP Enabled Dterm
cannot be receive Ack message from
the Telephony Server has been contin-
ued for one minute and 30 seconds.
• Check the network status and
condition.
• Check the cable connection.
DHCP Server failed to renew a lease for
the IP address.
Though DHCP Server attempted to re-
new a lease for the IP address, the
server didn’t send back the response.
• Check the setting at DHCP Serv-
er and cable connection.
An odd number is assigned as RTP Self
Port.
Invalid Port Number(s) is (are) as-
signed.
• Assign an even number as RTP
Self Port.
"Well-known port" (0-1023) is used for
Self Port.
Invalid Port Number(s) is (are) as-
signed.
• Assign port number(s) except 0-
1023 as Self Port.
