NECCSD Technical Support Services
NECCSD also offers direct technical support through its Technical Support Center.
(NECCSD technical support is for U.S. and Canadian customers only; international
customers should check with their sales provider.)
Direct assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call the NECCSD
Technical Support Center, toll free, at 1-800-632-4565 (for U.S. and Canada only).
Free technical support for hardware is limited to the length of the standard warranty.
Software support for preloaded software is limited to 90 days from the time of the first call
to the NECCSD Technical Support Center. For software support after the initial 90 days or
hardware support after the warranty period, a fee is charged.
Before calling , please have available your system’s name, model number, serial number,
and as much information as possible about your system’s problem.
For outside the U.S., please contact your local NECCSD sales provider.
