NECAM will arrange at the Custo mers co st,
transportation fro m the o ld location and to the new
one. Custo mer may choo se its o wn shipping vendo r
over NECAM’s, b ut NECAM must be able to work
with the shipper to ensure proper req uirements are
met.

Relo catio n o f eq uip ment with NECCare Platinum
support req uires p laceme nt o f p arts to support the
server(s) within a 50 -miles rad ius o f the ne wly
relocated server. Costs asso ciated with relocatio n of
parts ma y be passed to the Custo mer if NECAM was
not no tified o f relocation 30-days prior to the actual
physical mo ve o f the server(s).

If Custo mer relocates the NEC Sig maBlade server
witho ut the use o f NECCare Professio nal Services,
NEC may req uire yo ur server to be recertified at an
additio nal fee to revalidate and maintain the
warranty o f yo ur server. Any d amage occurring
during a no n-NEC assisted mo ve will void the
warranty o f the server. P lease refer to the section in
this do cument entitled : W hat is Co vered and W hat is
Not Co vered for further informatio n.
Registered Limited Warranty
NEC Corporatio n o f America warrants this Prod uct to be free
fro m defects in material and workmanship, and agrees to repair
or replace any part o f the enclosed unit that proves defective
under these terms and conditio ns.
If service req uires the rep lacement o f any parts, co mpo nents,
or mod ules, the rep lacement items beco me the pro perty of
Custo mer and the rep laced items beco me the property o f
NECAM. The warranty p eriod for the Machine is fro m its
original Date o f Installation; the date o n the invoice is
considered the Date o f Installatio n unless NEC no tifies yo u
other wise.
NECAM ma y use new, used, serviceab le, or recond itio ned
parts, co mponents, or mo dules that are in good wo rking order
as rep lacements. Replacement items shall b e o f like kind and
quality o f those replaced.
If yo u do not register yo ur Server with NECAM, you will be
required to present proof of p urchase as evidence o f yo ur
entitlement for warranty service.
