Supplemental Professional Services
NECCare Services are designed to red uce risks and protect
yo ur IT investment with the NEC Express5800/320 Series
Fault-Tolerant Server through warranty,
imp lementatio n/installation and relocatio n services.

INST ALL AT ION SERVICE
NEC installatio n services are req uired when imp lementing an
NEC Express5800/300 Series Server. Installatio n services are
fee-b ased and will b e co nducted b y an NEC Engineer and or b y
a Certified NEC Service Provider.

Req uires preplanning for installation b y NECAM and the
Custo mer. An Installatio n Site Preparatio n Guid e will be
delivered and agreed upo n between the Custo mer and
NECAM prior to installation. This document will p rovide an
outline o f the installatio n plans and processes.

Installatio n will take a minimu m o f o ne (1) day for
hard ware. Hard ware installatio n includes; hard ware,
operating system, network co nnectio n, configuration and
ad ministrator training. Anything b eyo nd o ne (1) d ay will
require additio nal fees.

When the server options of either NEC’s SRE Scripting and
or NEC’s Active Up grad e are purchased, tho se
imp lementatio n also req uire o ne (1) day each to
imp lement/install.

RELOC ATION SERVICE
NEC relocatio n services are a fee-b ased service
delivered b y an NEC Engineer and or a Certified NEC
Service Partner to help Custo mers protect their IT
investments b y red ucing risks, including minimal
do wntime, that are kno wn to be asso ciated with
relocatio n.

with the Custo mer to p lan and coord inate the mo ve.
