Notice
The port numbers of the server or the disk array controller are pre-assigned according to the
physical location of HDD in the cage.
Before connecting the SAS cable to the server or disk array controller, make sure the mating
connector of which number matches the port number. Incorrect connection may cause a failure.
For port numbers of the server or the disk array controller, refer to the User's Guide of the server.
7.
Fix the cage with the screws (4) removed in step 4.
Notice
Keep the removed dummy trays and extra screws for future use.

Install the side cover having been removed on the server as it was.
