Off = All attached volumes are plaintext
Flashing = Both encrypted and plaintext volumes are

Fault
When an error occurs, this LED is on. During power up,
this LED is solid for up to 2 seconds.
3 Green Heartbeat
When the controller is in good health, this LED flashes
at 1 Hz.

On = Controller is in reset state.
Off = Controller is in an idle or runtime state.
