• 

Check antenna/cable connection. Use new cable if 
necessary.

Interference in TV

• 

Check components for shielding, move away from 
monitor if necessary.

RS-232C or LAN control is not available

• 

Check RS-232C or LAN cable connection.

• 

Check “CONTROL” setting in “EXTERNAL CONTROL”.

• 

Check the “ID=ALL REPLY” setting in “EXTERNAL 
CONTROL”.

The touch panel does not respond

• 

Make sure that PIP mode is not selected.

• 

Check the input signal setting.

• 

Make sure that STANDBY setting in TOUCH PANEL in 
ADVANCED OPTION is “ON”.

• 

Make sure that PC SOURCE setting in TOUCH PANEL in 
ADVANCED OPTION is “AUTO”.

• 

Using slot 2 type PC: Make sure the slot 2 type PC is 
connected properly.

• 

Using external computer: Make sure the USB cable is 
connected properly.

The response of the touch screen is not correct

• 

Avoid direct sunlight or strong light on the screen.

• 

If there are some obstacles near the TOUCH screen, it 
may malfunction.

• 

Refl ective bar and camera module may be dusty or dirty 
(see page 17 Figure 1), wipe gently with a soft cloth.
