Terms of Use
The Memory Editor Software is subject to the following Terms of Use. NEC expressly
reserves the right to update or revise the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to
you.
1. This Memory Editor Software is the copyrighted work of NEC. Use of the Memory
Editor Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, which is
included with the Memory Editor Software ("License Agreement"). You will be
unable to install the Memory Editor Software, unless you first agree to the terms and
conditions of the License Agreement.
2. Unless otherwise specified, the Memory Editor Software is provided solely for your
personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit,
display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, reverse engineer, create derivative
works from, transfer, or sell the Memory Editor Software. Any use, reproduction or
redistribution of the Memory Editor Software not in accordance with the License
Agreement is expressly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum
extent permitted by law.
3. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED IN THE LICENSE
AGREEMENT, IF ANY, NEC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIESOF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE MEMORY
EDITOR SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT OT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
