(pin B13) of the IE connector (on the target system side) is used to detect whether the
power of the target system is on.

The DBINT pin is optional. It is not required to be prepared as an external pin unless a debug
interrupt has to be externally input.

The EVTTRG pin is optional. It can be mainly used as a trigger output to a measuring device
such as a logic analyzer. It is not required to be prepared as an external pin unless a trigger
output is required.
