DC power can only be turned on from the front panel
switch. If AC goes off and then back on, system will not
power on until front panel switch is used.
DC power will turn on when AC power comes on. Use
this setting with an optional uninterruptible power
supply (UPS) that auto-cycles AC power or if no UPS
and auto-power on after power lose is desired.
