Troubleshooting
This section describes how to cope with trouble.
4.1
When an error message is displayed while installing code word
The code word was not entered correctly, or applied to inappropriate server.
For details, see error messages related to Capacity by selecting [Help]

upper right corner of web console.
4.2
When failed to incorporate core in OS
If the enabled core was not incorporated in OS dynamically even Dynamic is specified for Core
Configuration Mode (see 2.1 Assigning and Adding Core), refer to the section "When failed Core
Online" described in "Capacity Optimization (COPT) User's Guide".
See 2.2 Initial Setting of OS for how to obtain "Capacity Optimization (COPT) User's Guide" for your
OS.
4.3
When the number of cores goes back to shipped state
If the number of cores goes back to shipped state due to some reason, restore the information using
the SG file you have saved in "2.3 Saving COPT Configuration Information".
