Chapter 2 Preparations
Note
Keep the removed blank cover for future use.
Insert the power supply unit into the power supply bay until it is locked with clicking sound.
Connect power cords.
Use the specified power cords.
When the power cord is connected, the AC power LED on the power unit will turn green.
Power on the server.
Confirm, by STATUS LED or on POST screen, that there are no errors related to the power supply
units. See
Chapter 2 (1. IML Error Message)

Maintenance Guide (Common)
for details on POST
error messages.
If AC POWER LEDs are off, reinstall the power supply units. If the same error occurs, contact with
your sales representative.
