To provide control to the recorder or to enable/disable the record
start warning tones, refer to
Table 9-2 AD(A)-R Unit Switch Settings .
3.2.3 Installing the AD(A)-R Unit on a Multiline Terminal
The AD(A)-R Unit should be installed after the cables are connected
and the switches are set.
If wall mounting the Multiline Terminal, a WM-R Unit must be used.
Refer to
Section 13 Wall Mounting Multiline Terminals on page 8-29 .
1. Unplug the telephone cord (and the AC-2R/AC-3R Unit cord if
installed) from the Multiline Terminal.
