5.  Once the front cover is removed, place it in a safe location to 

prevent accidental damage.

6.  Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws from 

Location A and four screws from Location B where the gas 
inlet pipe is attached to the fan motor assembly and gas 
valve.

emove the screw connecting the fan motor assembly 

and the mixing chamber, and then remove the fan motor 
assembly.

8.

emove the five bolts securing the chamber brackets.

9. 

R

emove the two screws connecting the ignition transformer 

to the heat exchanger and then remove the ignition 
transformer.
