Space Heating side
malfunction
(DHW)
Is the setting
temperature
too low? Use the center dial on the
remote controller to
raise the setting
temperature.
Is there power to the
System, or is the
system
In stand-by? Make sure the power is
on, and plugged in to the
outlet with the correct
voltage. Tap
“ON/OFF”
then tap the heating
button, and raise the
setting temperature.
Is the
“24 hour” timer
set correctly?
Make sure the current
time setting is correct.
Then adjust the timer
settings to where the
system is desired to run.
Is the system running
for domestic hot water
(DHW)? When the unit is heating
for DHW, the heating
side does not work.
there is a standby time
between switching form
DHW and heating
(3 min).
Is the filter on the
heating side
restricted? Clean out filters that
belong to the heating
side.
Is the pre-heating
icon blinking on the
remote controller? When the unit is in
“pre-
heating
” mode the
heating side is placed
into stand by.
