Installation
1.
Remove the cup holder insert and remove (1x) Phillips screw. Pull up the shifter trim
panel and unplug connectors to lights under trim panel.
2.
Using a plastic trim tool remove the AC vent and clock trim panel above radio and
unplug the clock.
3.
Remove (4x) Phillips screws from around radio and climate control panel. Two above
and two below the panel.
4.
Pull out the radio climate control panel to gain access to
back of radio.
5.
Disconnect the 44-pin main power plug from the
factory radio.
6.
Connect the black plug from the provided
CAN/Power
harness to the port on the main power
plug it is keyed to fit (see diagram at right).
7.
From the provided
CAN/Power Harness
, connect the
black wire to ground (-).
8.
From the provided
CAN/Power Harness
, connect the
red wire to Constant 12v (+).
9.
Connect the white, 8-pin Molex connector to the MAS-TV2 CAN module.
10.
Place the interface module in the dash behind the radio.
11.
Connect the red, 18-pin cam-lock style provided
AV
Input Harness
plug to the back of the radio where it
is keyed to fit. Connect your AUX AV source signals
to the red/black RCA’s attached to this plug for
audio input.
12.
Connect the other end of the provided
AV Input
Harness
to the provided
NAV-TV RGB
at the port
labeled
‘RGB OUT’
.
13.
Connect your AUX Video source to the port on the
provided RGB labeled
‘Video 1’
.
14.
From the provided
RGB Power Harness
, connect the black
wire to Ground (-). Connect the red wire to a 12v (+)
accessory source. Connect the free end of this plug to the
power port on the provided
NAV-TV RGB.
15.
Reassemble dash in reverse order.
