ASSEMBLY
1. Assemble the Main Frame
Align the six drilled holes in the center frame (5)
with the mating holes in the side beam of the
weight stack frame (1). Secure the center frame
to the weight stack frame using four screws (54),
two screws (55), 12 washers (71), and six lock
nuts (67). Tighten the nuts securely.
Position the main frame (6) so the two drilled
holes in the center frame (5) are aligned with
the mating holes in the main frame.
Secure the main frame to the center frame
using two screws (54), four washers (71), and
two lock nuts (67). Tighten the nuts securely.
2. Install the Footrest
Hold the footrest (11) in place on the main
frame (6). Secure the footrest to the main
frame with one screw (55), two screws (58),
three spring washers (73) and three
washers (71). Tighten the screws securely.
