Withtheweightpininserted(amountof
weightisunimportant;simplyensurethereis
someweight),pullthecablehandlesuntilthe
cableisjusttight.Thisshouldrotatethe
pulleytothecorrectorientation.Tightenthe
tensionnutswhilethecableistight.

ontherightsideoftheTower(Figure18).
