4. Install the assembled wrist straps
731-8953 by sliding them onto the
handlebars over the handle plug
covers. The wrist straps should be
orientated towards the user with
handles facing the seat/rear of the
unit.
5. Slide the handlebars into the
frame, then secure using two (2)
pieces each of the M8 flat washer,
M8 split lock washer, and M8 x
30mm socket head cap screw
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN.

6. Ensure that the handle plugs are
fully seated inside the frame, then
finish securing the handlebars into
the frame using two (2) pieces
each of the M8 flat washer, M8
split lock washer, and M8 x 30mm
socket head cap screw
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN.
