PROPELLER SAFETY
PROPELLER(S) MAY CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. Shut off the engine(s) when near persons in the water,
prior to using the swim platform, or the boarding ladder
MEANS OF UNASSISTED REBOARDING
The NauticStar Hybrid series has an optional swim ladder platform for quick and easy water access. If swim platform is not
equipped see the following:
•
Swim towards the aft starboard or port hull where the waterline is closest to the gunwale
•
Place both hands on gunwale
•
While pulling up with arms and hands, simultaneously your kick legs
•
When far enough out of water transfer to pushing upwards with arms while still kicking legs
•
Place one leg one on the gunwale when far enough out of water
•
Bring other leg inside boat along with rest of body
If equipped with swim platform see the following:
•
Fold over the swim ladder
•
Remove bungee
•
Pull down on bottom rung until ladder is fully deployed
•
Climb ladder always keeping at least one hand and one foot in contact with ladder or handrail

To operate the jump seat on your NauticStar Hybrid follow these steps:
