Repair Procedures
Replacing the Blower
If air does not circulate or if the Warmette temperature is inconsistent throughout
the device, the blower may need to be replaced.
Required Items:

1/4-in. nutdriver

7/16-in. nutdriver
To replace the blower:

Press the power switch to the
OFF
(O) position, then unplug the power cord.

Loosen — but do not remove — screws inside the Warmette door, behind the
door stop (see Figure 6.3).

Pull out and remove the front panel (see Figure 6.4).

Remove the blower:
a
Remove and set aside the four acorn nuts and washers securing the bottom
of the blower; the nuts are located inside the cabinet under the blower.
b
Lift the blower assembly and position it to allow access to the ground wire
screw on the motor side of the blower housing. (see Figure 6.5).

Remove and set aside the ground screw and star lock-washer.
d
Disconnect the blower assembly electrical connections at the terminal strip.
e
Remove the four bolts securing the blower to the bracket.
f
Remove the blower.
