Model 43/44 Instruction Manual

Repair Procedures

Figure 6.4

Accessing the blower assembly

Lift the blower assembly and position it to allow access to the ground wire

screw on the motor side of the blower housing.

Remove and save the ground screw and star lock washer.

Disconnect the blower assembly at the inline quick disconnect terminals, then

remove the wire ties and old blower.

To replace only the motor, follow steps:

Remove and save the three screws that secure the inlet cover to the side of

the blower assembly (see Figure 6.5).

Remove the cover.

Within the blower assembly, locate the set screw that attaches the squirrel

cage to the shaft of the blower motor.
