Guarantee

Regulations
You have a guarantee claim within a period of two years for this stroller. The period starts
with the delivery of the product by the distributor. Please keep your receipt as proof; a
complaint cannot be processed without an invoice. The guarantee concerns all defects in
material and workmanship that are present at the time the product is delivered.
The guarantee does not cover the following points:
• wear marks.
• consequences of improper use.
• consequences of excessive use or load.
• consequences of incorrect assembly or repair.
• consequences of careless handling or a lack of care and maintenance.
• consequential damages that result from smaller, disregarded damages or defects.
• consequences of improper or independent repairs or changes of the product without
prior approval of Naturkind.

Examples
None of the following examples are guarantee claims.
• Color differences cannot always be avoided during production and do not constitute a
reason for complaint.
• The fading or lighter edges of textiles do not constitute a material defect, they are a
result of normal wear and tear.
• Mechanical effects, such as friction or rubbing or improper use, that create holes or
rubbing spots in the material.
• If the stroller textiles are washed correctly, the material, and the sheep’s wool, do not
change! Please be sure to observe the washing instructions in the care instructions
carefully. If the fabric cover exhibits the following defects after washing, this is clearly
due to improper washing and does not fall under the guarantee:

shrinking of fabric cover
–
wool is felted
–
wool has penetrated the material
–
the wool is no longer evenly distributed in the cover
