Ok, we’re almost there! Right before you
begin producing your very own ozone,
decide on the concentration and flow
rate you’d like but referring to the chart
on the ozone unit. Once you select
the concentration, first select the right
corresponding flow rate on your low flow
metre or oxygen regulator and then select
M1 or M2 and push the appropriate level
button on the ozone generator.
Cleaning
Your ozone generator will be damaged
by water or other fluids because they can
damage the internal hardware. To clean,
wipe down the exterior using a slightly damp
cloth only.
Note:
Remember to unplug when cleaning.
Ozone quartz
tube and Ozone
destruct
If you find the ozone quartz tube is cracked
or the ozone destruct is running at a lowered
efficiency, they are easily replaceable.
Simply contact us for replacement.

1. Select M1 or M2 to turn on the machine according to
flow rate and concentration range for desired protocol.

Adjust oxygen flow via your oxygen flow metre/
regulator.

Select the appropriate level you need according to
required concentration.
For example:
If you require 30μg/ml, select M1, press L2
then set oxygen flow to 1/8 LPM to generate 30 ug/ml.
Note:
This machine has a built-in O3 destruct, ensure the
unused ozone is connected to the destructor port when
making ozonated water or ozonated oil.
