Double check all Bolts to be tightened securely before use. Check all Bolts periodically.
Failure to completely tighten the Bolts may result in tipping and possible injury!
The EXT-8 Extender Bar should be used to accomodate the following NPS chairs: 3200 Series; 1000 Series; Model 600.
Ascertain that there are NO missing or
damaged parts.
While holding up one of the side
“T” Bars , bolt Crossbeam into the
middle set of holes.

Take the other side “T” Bar , and bolt it
to Crossbeam in the middle set of holes.

Take one EXT-8 Bar and place the
wider part over the top of the “T” Bar .
Allign the two holes of the EXT-8 Bar
with the holes of the “T” Bar
and bolt them.

Take the other EXT-8 Bar and do the
same with the other “T” Bar .

Take the Crossbeam , and bolt it to the
set of holes on top of the EXT-8 Bar .

Finally, bolt Crossbeam , into the bottom
sets of holes on both “T” Side-Bars .
