Introduction
This chapter describes the VXIpc 870 Series of embedded VXI computers,
lists standard equipment, and describes driver and application software.
Overview
The VXIpc 870 Series consists of the VXIpc-871, VXIpc-872, and
VXIpc-873 models, which are functionally equivalent in many ways.
These three models differ in that the VXIpc-871 has an internal
CD-ROM drive, while the VXIpc-872 has one AT/PCI expansion slot.
The VXIpc-873 has either an internal, nonremovable flash drive and one
AT/PCI expansion slot or a removable flash drive.
The following four figures show the models with their covers removed.
