IF OUT, IF AUX OUT, IF Center Frequency, and
Power Check

Connect the equipment as shown in
•
Connect the RF Output of the Signal Generator
to IF A IN of the PXI-1440 IF Downconverter Module.
•
Connect the REF A OUT of the
PXI-1450B Local Oscillator Module
to REF A IN of the PXI-1440 IF Downconverter Module.
•
Connect the IF AUX OUT of the
PXI-1440 IF Downconverter Module
to the RF Input of the Spectrum Analyzer.

Set the Signal Generator frequency to 249.4 MHz and the
output power to -2 dBm.

Confirm that the output frequency on the Spectrum Analyzer is
21.4 MHz and the power level is -2 dBm +/- 2 dB.
