Configure the PC/104-GPIB Input/Output Range

PC/104-compatible systems have a segment of address space reserved 
for input and output. This segment is called the I/O address space. The 
base I/O address of a PC/104 module such as the PC/104-GPIB is the 
first position in the I/O address space occupied by the PC/104 module.

By default, the PC/104-GPIB is configured to use base I/O address 
2C0 hex. With this setting, the module uses an Input/Output Range of
