LED Error Indications
The NI CVS-1450 device indicates specific error conditions by flashing the
orange
STATUS
LED a specific number of times. Table A-1 describes the
STATUS
LED flashing sequences and the corresponding error condition.
POWER OK LED Is Not Lit When the NI CVS-1450
Device is Powered On
If the power supply is properly connected to the NI CVS-1450 device, but
the
POWER OK
LED does not light up, check that the power supply is
24 VDC ±10% and within the specifications outlined in
Getting Started
with the NI CVS-1450 Series Compact Vision System
. Using a power
supply that is not within these specifications might result in an
unresponsive or unstable system and could damage the NI CVS-1450
device.

firmware upgrade process.

unrecoverable error. Contact National Instruments for
assistance.
