NI 9215 Circuitry
The NI 9215 channels share a common gro u nd that is isolated from
other mod u les in the system. The NI 9215 protects each channel
from overvoltages. For more information abo u t overvoltage
protection, refer to the Specifications section. The incoming analog
signal on each channel is b u ffered and conditioned by the
instr u mentation amplifier and is then sampled by a 16-bit ADC.
The channels have independent track-and-hold amplifiers that
allow yo
u to sample all fo u r channels sim u ltaneo u sly. Refer to
Fig u res 8 and 9 for inp u t circ u itry ill u strations of the NI 9215 with
screw terminal and the NI 9215 with BNC.
