Warning!
Remove the battery pack before cleaning or maintaining the tool, fitting
the plant guard or making any adjustments to the tool, especially around the string head.
Remove battery pack before transporting or storing the tool.
Replacing the Spool
WARNING:
Remove the battery pack before attempting to replace string spool.

-Press the tabs and remove the spool cap from the spool housing in the trimmer
head.
-Grasp empty spool retainer with one hand and pull it out.
-Unfasten the line end of new string spool and guide the line into the eyelet, and then
push the spool onto the head and rotate the spool slightly until it’s fully inserted.

-Push the cap onto the housing until it snaps securely into place.
