PROGRAMMING PLAY TIMES

Timed Message Play Settings are made using the BMS/BMP Control
Program.
Enter Time and Date Play Programming

. Click the First File in the list
of lies on your Flash Card. It will
then have a highlighted
background.

. If a START DATE and a STOP
DATE for the playing of this file
is applicable, set the dates or
leave them set to Every if this
facility is not required.

. Now Enter the Play times that
are applicable for this Message.
UP to 10 entries can be made
for each Message.
In the example above, File 001t1 will play every 15 minutes starting at 9AM and
finishing at 10:30 AM. here, if the times will be the same for each day.
It is set to play 7 Day a week, but you have the ability to just tick which days
you wish this message to play.

. Repeat the above procedure with All Messages.

. When complete, ‘Click’ the Save Icon. A timetable
file (called messages.tbl) will be written to the Flash
Card which will control when all Messages are to be
played.

. It is recommended that you PRINT a copy of all
your Message Play settings and then check that all
enteries are correct. A sample of a Time Table print
is displayed on page 8.
