AUTOMATIC ANSWER FACILITY
DAYTIME - AUTOMATIC CALL ATTENDANT
USING THE AUTOMATIC CALL ATTENDANT FACILITY
If you are planning to use the Auto Call Attendant facility, then the Day
Time Greeting Message file name must start with the number
001.
These first 3 digits can be followed by any other letters or numbers.
This instructs
SLS3
that this message is to be used to greet callers
whenever the unit auto answers your calls :
Example Filenames
001-Greeting Message.mp3
002-On Hold Message.mp3
Additional On Hold Messages must start with filenames 003-019
They will play immediately 1 after the other. Where more than 1 On
Hold message is loaded, a different On Hold message will play after the
Greeting message with each auto call answer. Please see page 7 for
further details.
IMPORTANT NOTES
NOT USING THE DAY TIME AUTOMATIC ANSWER FACILITY
If you are NOT planning to use the Automatic Call Attendant facility but
you will be using the After Hours Message facility, then your ON HOLD
MESSAGE MUST begin with 001
IF YOU ARE NOT USING EITHER ANSWERING FACILITY
If you are NOT planning to use the Automatic Call Attendant facility and
After Hours Message facility, then it is NOT NECESSARY to NUMBER
FILES.
You can just load one MP3 file onto the SD card and SLS3 will use it as
your On Hold Message.
