MP3 BASED MESSAGES
Messages used with
AAD
must be prepared in MP3 format.
AAD
can use MP3 files of any sampling rate up to 320kbps.
As the telephone line is mono only, your MP3 file should be
created (saved) in mono format.
A 128kbps (or greater) mono MP3 file will produce the best results.
Messages used with
AAD
should be copied to the supplied Flash card, which
should then be inserted into the SD Card slot on the rear of
AAD
.
Messages are transferred to your Flash card, using your PC’s SD Flash card
programmer.
USB SD FLASH CARD PROGRAMMER
If your PC does not have an SD Flash Card slot, then you should use an
external USB based Flash Card programmer, which connects to a USB port
of your PC.
These are available from National Communications or your local Dealer.
Your PC will provide the Flash card programmer with a separate drive letter.
You will then be able to transfer files to the SD card drive, with Windows
Explorer.
