D.3 Spray Containment Preventative Maintenance

The spatter containment unit will require periodic maintenance to ensure a dependable service life. The
following schedule is recommended.

Shut off the air supply and disconnect the power cable when making adjustments.

WEEKLY
• Clean out mesh assembly: Remove the top lid using the latches on the side. Remove the mesh assembly
and clean the spatter off of the top.
• Check the level of spent anti-spatter fluid in the collection bucket below, empty when required.
