WARRANTY
6 Month Replacement Warranty
Select units are eligible for a replacement warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase . It warrants to the original purchaser
of new Narvon Beverage Equipment units (and all parts thereof), that such equipment will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Narvon equipment installed in/on a food truck or trailer will be limited to a period of 30 Days from the original date of purchase. Narvon
reserves the right to approve or deny the repair or replacement of any part or repair request.
Narvon Beverage Equipment will not warrant coverage for component failure or other damages that arise under the following conditions:
• Failure to install and/or use the unit within proper operating conditions specified by Narvon Beverage Equipment.
• Failure to properly maintain the unit. This includes, but is not limited to, basic preventative maintenance like cleaning the
condenser coil or operational expectations, such as keeping the unit adequately filled with product.
• Installation in non-commercial or residential applications.
• Products sold or used outside of the United States .
• Any damage that occurs as a result of negligence or improper handling .
• Overloading or improper loading of the unit in a manner that prevents proper airflow.
Additionally, no claims can be made against this warranty for spoilage of products, loss of sales or profits, or any other consequential damages.
Normal wear type parts, such as light bulbs and gaskets, are not included in warranty coverage.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty is only valid on equipment purchased from an authorized dealer .
Failure to contact Narvon Beverage Equipment prior to obtaining equipment service may void your warranty.
This states the exclusive remedy against Narvon relating to the product(s) whether in contract or in tort or under any other legal theory, and
whether arising out of warranties, representations, instruction, installation, or defects from any cause. Narvon shall not be held liable whether
in contract or in tort or under any other legal theory, for loss of revenue or profit, or for any substitute use or performance, or for incidental,
indirect, special or consequential damages, or for any other loss or cost of similar type, including without limitation, losses or damages arising
from food or product spoilage .
