Install one screw into the top hole of stopper blocks.

Install two stopper blocks around the bypass damper rod.
Open both doors and remove by loosening set screws
on hinges and lifting up until the hinge pins clear the door
hinges. Set aside.

Remove the 9 screws securing the face plate to the
appliance.
